报告摘要：We introduce a new concept of the Besov polar projection body. Using these, we establish some new affine fractional Moser-Trudinger and Morrey inequalities. The corresponding Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu type formulae are also obtained.

个人简历：袁文, 北京师范大学教授, 博士生导师。 2012年获德国洪堡基金, 2013年获教育部全国优秀博士论文提名奖, 2014年获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖自然科学奖二等奖 (排名第二, 共四人)。主要研究方向: 调和分析，包括函数空间实变理论、算子有界性、插值理论等.袁文曾主持国家优秀青年科学基金(2021)。
