报告摘要:
Phosphor-converted white light emitting diodes (LEDs) have revolutionized illumination technology today, while their infrared analogs are still in development phase. In this talk, the speaker will introduce transition metal ion-doped phosphors pumped by convenient blue LEDs or LDs as infrared light sources, and their physical basis and applications in medicine, surveillance and spectroscopy.
