Zhang from Hebei Normal University, will address the fractional Sobolev type inclusions and the Fefferman-Stein type decompositions of the predual forms of the scale-invariant Campanato-Sobolev couples and their actions on the Koch-Lamm-Wang results about the heat flows of harmonic maps and liquid crystals.
